Boutique Hotel View Amsterdam

The hotel is conveniently located near all attractions, in an active area with easy access to the tram line which took us to the central station. Our upgraded room offered a beautiful canal view from the balcony, and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff, particularly Nathalie, was welcoming and provided us with helpful information about the city. Maryam went out of her way to ensure we had milk for tea.

The shower room was very basic and dated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the tram stops and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel was also situated opposite a lovely canal, providing a beautiful view from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

The breakfast was vegan, the staff was attentive, the grounds were clean. Loved my stay, it was very lovely, the service was incredible. The good onsite restaurant had a great selection of food.

Wi-Fi was quite slow, made me a little nervous.

Best aspects of my xmas stay: the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. the hotel had a very stylish and cosy atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to a variety of bars and restaurants.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay: I was disappointed to find that the bed in my room was not as comfortable as I had hoped. the mattress was too firm, resulting in restless nights and aching muscles.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for a central location. The hotel paid great attention to detail, with rooms that had a nice en-suite bathroom and a beautiful view looking out over the water. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all provided, and the double bed in the room was comfortable. And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The pancakes were marvelous, and it was great to have such a delicious breakfast included in the price.
